Convicted drug addict and child support payment dodger Kent sorenson-R initially introduced the bill which was defeated by 26 (all democrats) to 24 (all republican)
The bill was intended to redefine marriage as being strictly between one man and one woman. Apparently its ok to get married have kids and get divorced in his world, but paying for the little buggers? Keep dreaming.
