15" of snow causes another snow emergency for the city. As of now no flights are getting in or out of the airport schools are closed in the five Burroughs and more is on the way.

It seems the city has finally learned from its passed mistakes as not only are the streets being plowed, the mayor is on the television and airwaves re-assuring the public that it will not turn into another snow faux-pas.
